Advanced Adobe Sync UI capabilities

Moderate Upgrade

The Adobe Sync UI now supports column sorting, advanced filtering, and single-subscription import. Marketplace Managers can use these capabilities to investigate subscription discrepancies between Adobe Partner Console and the marketplace, and to import individual subscriptions that exist in Adobe but are missing on the marketplace.

Key updates

  • Column sorting: Sort by Created and Contract on the Subscriptions with Discrepancies tab, and by Sync Date on the Synced Subscriptions tab.
  • Filtering: Filter by discrepancy type, Adobe Customer ID, or customer name.
  • Subscription Missing in marketplace: Filter by this discrepancy type to list subscriptions present in Adobe but absent from the marketplace.
  • Single-subscription import: Import one subscription from Adobe Partner Console with company matching (Adobe Customer ID) and duplicate-subscription validation. Imported subscriptions use the correct pricing based on historic price definitions.
  • Missing Customers: A separate section added to list the customers directly created in Adobe which are not onboarded to the platform. This section will allow partners to create those customers and the subscriptions associated with them with one click.

To import a missing subscription

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Admin Tasks > Adobe and open the Subscriptions with Discrepancies tab.
  2. Use column sort controls on Created, Contract, or Sync Date as applicable, and apply filters for Discrepancy type, Adobe Customer ID, or Customer name to narrow the list.
  3. To import a missing subscription, select Missing in marketplace from the Discrepancy type filter.
  4. Select the subscription to import.
  5. Confirm the import to create the subscription on the marketplace with the correct pricing.

To import a missing subscription

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Admin Tasks > Adobe and open the Missing Customers tab.
  2. Use filters and/or search options to search for a specific customer.
  3. Select a customer to import.
  4. Select the subscription and Import.

Important: Single-subscription import replaces bulk migration file workflows when only one subscription is missing from the marketplace.
